Bitcoin faucet

The Bitcoin faucet, reinvented.

For thirteen years Bitcoin faucets meant one thing: click, wait an hour, collect a few satoshis. FreeBTC started as one. Today every real Bitcoin block is your faucet — and you decide how much it pays.

What happened to Bitcoin faucets

Faucets were how many people got their first satoshis. They were funded by advertising: you saw ads, the site shared a sliver of the revenue. As ad rates fell and bots flooded every faucet, the sliver shrank to one or two satoshis — and many sites stopped paying or raised their withdrawal minimum out of reach. The largest faucet of all announced its closure in late 2025, blaming bot abuse.

The lesson is simple: when everyone gets the same tiny amount for doing nothing, bots win and real people lose.

How FreeBTC fixes it

Instead of a timer, the rhythm is the Bitcoin blockchain itself: a new round with every block. Instead of identical crumbs, rewards go to the players who read the chain best, through public prize pools funded by a fixed share of revenue. Instead of trust, every result is checked against data anyone can verify.

You can still play for free, as often as blocks arrive. You just play smarter.

Faucet vs FreeBTC at a glance

Faucet: a button every hour, a few satoshis, an opaque balance. FreeBTC: a decision every ten minutes, points that build into real prizes, public pools and a public leaderboard. Same price for you — zero — with a reason to come back that is not a countdown.

Questions

Is FreeBTC a Bitcoin faucet?

It is what a faucet should have become: a free way to earn bitcoin, without deposits, built around a game of skill on the real blockchain instead of an hourly click.

Which Bitcoin faucet pays the most?

Most faucets pay one or two satoshis per claim today. FreeBTC concentrates rewards in public prize pools, so good players can earn far more than a classic faucet claim — and everyone can see the pools.

Is it provably fair?

Yes. Every round is scored with public Bitcoin block data: the mining pool, the block timestamps and the median fee. You can verify any result on a block explorer.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

50,000 sats, paid to your own Bitcoin address.
