In these texts, “we”, “the company” or “the operator” means the company identified above, and “you” or “the user” means anyone who visits or uses FreeBTC.

FreeBTC is an entertainment and information website about Bitcoin. It offers free games played with chips that have no monetary value, weekly rankings with prizes in satoshis, offers and surveys from partner companies, and public Bitcoin network data and tools.

This legal notice governs access to and browsing of the website. Use of an account and of the services is also governed by the Terms of use, the Weekly rankings rules, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

Access to FreeBTC’s public pages is open and free of charge. To play, take part in the rankings or earn satoshis you need an account, which only people aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their country, if higher) may create, as set out in the Terms of use. You may not use FreeBTC where the law that applies to you prohibits it.

You agree to use the site lawfully, in good faith and without harming its operation or the rights of others. In particular, you may not attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, introduce malicious code, or use the site in an automated way we have not authorised.

The design, texts, graphics, logo, the FreeBTC brand, the source code and all other elements of the site belong to the company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may view and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation requires our prior written permission.

Bitcoin blockchain data is public. Third-party brands and names shown on the site (for example Google, Coinbase, mempool.space or our partners) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for identification only.

Information about Bitcoin, its prices and its network is provided for information only and is not financial, tax or investment advice. Data from public sources (such as mempool.space or Coinbase) may contain delays or errors beyond our control.

We work to keep the site available and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damage arising from causes we cannot reasonably control, such as network or provider failures, cyber-attacks or force majeure, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

FreeBTC contains links to third-party sites. We do not control their content or practices and are not liable for them, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If you find unlawful content linked from FreeBTC, write to freebtc.app@gmail.com and we will promptly remove it.

Some content pages show advertising, labelled “Advertisement”. It only loads if you accept advertising cookies (see the Cookie policy).

Some links to third-party products or services are affiliate links: if you sign up or buy through them, the third party may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. On our server we only count clicks on those links.

This legal notice is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Curaçao.
