My account is under review

Updated

Our systems flag accounts that look automated or that share a connection with several others. A flagged account can keep earning, but its partner earnings wait In review and it cannot withdraw until a person has checked it, usually within a day.

Why an account gets flagged

  • Several accounts earning from the same connection. The whole group is reviewed, not only the newest account.
  • Signs of bots or automation.
  • A VPN or proxy used to hide your location.
  • An unusually large amount of partner earnings in a single day.

What happens while it lasts

  • Withdrawals are paused. If you try one, Wallet tells you the account is under review.
  • Partner earnings show as In review in Earn → History. They are kept, not lost.
  • An account under review when a week closes does not take a ranking prize: it goes to the next eligible player.

How it ends

A person looks at every case; nothing is blocked automatically. If the account is cleared, its earnings go back to Maturing with their original dates and withdrawals open again. FreeBTC allows one account per person, so duplicate or fake accounts are closed and their earnings cancelled.

Questions

My family shares our Wi-Fi. Is that a problem?

Each person can have their own account. A shared connection may trigger a review, and the person reviewing it sees the full picture before deciding.

Should I open a new account while I wait?

No. A second account breaks the one-account rule and puts both under review.
