My offer was not credited
Sats are credited automatically once the partner confirms the task, often within minutes. If nothing arrives, the task was usually not completed exactly as the partner requires, is still waiting for the partner’s confirmation, or was a survey screen-out.
Check this first
- Earn → History: if the task is listed, it was credited. Maturing is normal; it is just not in your balance yet.
- My offers: for offers you opened from FreeBTC, it shows how much has been credited so far of the total, and a Continue button.
- App and game offers pay when you reach the exact goal the offer states, often a level or a number of days, not when you install.
- Open every offer from FreeBTC and finish it on the same device and browser, without a VPN.
What each status means
- Maturing: credited, waiting its days before it reaches your balance.
- In review: credited, held until a person checks the account.
- Cancelled: the partner reversed it, so it no longer pays.
If it is still missing
The partner decides whether a task was completed correctly; FreeBTC credits whatever the partner confirms. Use the help or support option inside that partner’s wall, with the offer name and the date. You can also write to us and we will pass it on to the partner.

How long can a partner take to confirm?
Surveys usually confirm within minutes. Offers with goals confirm when you reach them, which can take days.
Can a credited offer be taken back?
Yes, if the partner reverses it. While it matures it is simply cancelled; after that it is deducted from your balance or your next earnings.
