How to withdraw bitcoin on-chain
Save a Bitcoin address (starting with bc1, 1 or 3) in your profile, wait 24 hours, then in Wallet choose Bitcoin on-chain and request 50,000 sats or more. A person reviews the withdrawal and sends it by hand to the address saved at that moment.
Step by step
- Copy a receiving address from your Bitcoin wallet.
- Open your profile, paste it into “Bitcoin address (on-chain, from 50,000 sats)” and press Save.
- After 24 hours, open Wallet and choose Bitcoin on-chain.
- Type at least 50,000 in “Amount (sats)” and press “Request withdrawal”.
- Follow it under Withdrawals: Pending while it is reviewed, Paid once the transaction is sent.
Why the minimum is 50,000 sats
Every on-chain payment pays a network fee, and on small amounts that fee eats a large part of the value. For less than 50,000 sats, use Lightning: it starts at 1,000 sats and costs almost nothing.
Check the address twice
Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed. A payment sent to a mistyped address is lost, so copy and paste it instead of typing it. The address is frozen on each request: if you change it later, a withdrawal already requested still goes to the old one.

Which address formats are accepted?
Native SegWit and Taproot addresses (bc1…) and the older formats starting with 1 or 3.
Can I use Lightning for small amounts and on-chain for big ones?
Yes. You can save both addresses and pick the method on each withdrawal.
What if I requested to the wrong address?
Cancel the withdrawal from the Withdrawals list within its first 10 minutes. The sats return to your balance, and you can request again once the corrected address has passed its 24-hour wait.
