How to withdraw in USDT
Save a USDT address on the TRON network (TRC-20, it starts with T) in your profile, wait 24 hours, then in Wallet choose USDT (TRC-20) and request at least 5 USD worth of sats. The USDT amount is fixed at the bitcoin price of the moment you ask.
Step by step
- In your wallet app, open “Receive USDT” and pick the TRON (TRC-20) network. Copy the address that starts with T.
- On FreeBTC, open your profile and paste it into “USDT address on TRON (TRC-20, from $5)”. Press Save.
- After 24 hours, open Wallet and choose USDT (TRC-20).
- Type the amount in “Amount (sats)”. Below it you see roughly how many USDT that is at today’s price.
- Press “Request withdrawal”. It shows as Pending under Withdrawals, with the USDT amount, until it is Paid.
Only the TRON network
USDT exists on several networks, and they are not compatible. FreeBTC pays only on TRON (TRC-20). An address from another network, such as Ethereum or BNB Chain, would lose the funds. If your wallet or exchange lets you choose the network when receiving, choose TRON or TRC-20.
How the amount is calculated
Your balance is always in sats, so you request sats. The 5 USD minimum is converted at the current bitcoin price, which is why the minimum in sats moves a little from day to day. When you press the button, the USDT amount is frozen with the price of that moment and does not change while the withdrawal is reviewed.

Can I withdraw USDT straight to an exchange?
Yes, as long as the deposit address the exchange gives you is for USDT on TRON (TRC-20). Check the network on the exchange’s deposit screen before saving it.
Why does my address get rejected?
A TRC-20 address starts with T and has 34 characters. Addresses starting with 0x belong to other networks and are not accepted.
